last night, i got home around 10:30PM after working the box office at the play and all i wanted to do was sit down, watch the new episode of veronica mars, and eat some toast. once again, though, damn WWOR (the local UPN affiliate) screwed me and put on stupid basketball instead! so i recorded an hour of the pathetic new jersey nets instead of finding out what logan was going to say on the stand in his father's murder trial. why does this always happen when i'm tired and irritable? looks like i'm not the only person that is pissed off about it. now i suppose i have to change my DVR settings to record veronica mars on ANY day of the week instead of just tuesday or wednesday? replays seem to be on sunday when sopranos or big love is bound to be on, of course. stupid networks.

i watched 24 on DVD instead. season 2 is just as good as season 1!

I changed my TiVo for just that reason! It kept recording things other than what I wanted! I get a few extra episodes here and there, but for the most part, at least UPN replays a lot of it's stuff so you can catch it at some odd hour!!

I HATE that. I especially hate when my DVR records 2 seconds of a show and then stops.

Ahem, its "my nine" now lol I watched Just One of the Guys on dvd and fell asleep. Benadryl's some good stuff. I wish I could get into the shows that are out now. Although I looooove SVU

I hate it when that happens! I mean, come ON! Basketball??? Don't they have like 28 ESPN channels now? Leave the basketball over there!

And to think I am sitting on TWO unwatched episodes of Veronica Mars as we speak - just waiting on my DVR to be watched. No preemption by basketball. What good reason can I possibly have to wait? Law school finals, I guess.

Re-program that DVR - you can't miss an episode this late in the season. We're about to find out who blew up the bus!
