field trip to BBG

i love new york in spring time. the trees and flowers bloom. everyone seems to have a spring in their step!

field trips are mandatory when new york awakens from winter slumber. a few weeks ago, peanut, erin, lindsay, and i went to BBG.

so many flowers!

i wish i could remember what these were

we even got out my hoop and hooped under the trees near the conservatory.

We definitely need to plan a date!!! BBG is pretty close to me and an easy drive during the off hours. Meli would love to run around in the big fields. Next time you go, let me know!

Hey, those little bell-like flowers with the green “nail polish” are the exact ones that grabbed my attention the other weekend in Central Park! It looks like you guys really had a fun excursion! Peanut is such a big girl these days.

Wow. The BBG is simply gorgeous and reminds me that I haven’t been to the Arnold Arboretum in far too long.
