you know, i swear that i’m going to do everything in my power to go to rhinebeck (NY sheep and wool festival) every year. it was the most fun i’ve had in ages! and i was kid free too. good times.
i met a lot of people and put my camera to go use taking photos of 95% of the people that i did meet.

though the trip up there was fraught with wrong turns and missteps (sorry tina!) we made it in one piece and proceeded to have a weekend full of fun despite the cold and dreary weather. i did buy some yarn though not a lot.

4 skeins of brooks farm four play, 2 skeins of socks that rock lightweight for a shawl, 1 skein of socks that rock mediumweight (i’ve already cast on for a pair of socks for KP!), and 2 small shawl pins from moving mud. i love these things. the glass is much more my style than metal.
